Membership Terms and Conditions
The Azerbaijan center of Midwest America (ACMA) are registered at Chicago, IL, USA.
Membership to The Azerbaijan center of Midwest America network relates to the benefits package to be subscribed by the student, individual, family, business.
Membership to The Azerbaijan center of Midwest America implies joining a global network of companies throughout America and Azerbaijan interested in education, culture, business and political affair relations.
For Business Candidate companies must be a legal entity, duly registered and be in good standing in the business community.
Membership applicants must ensure that, to the best of their knowledge, all information provided is accurate and complete at the time of application.The Azerbaijan center of Midwest America reserves the right to terminate membership without refund of the fee where misleading or false information has been provided.
The Azerbaijan center of Midwest America reserves the right to reject a membership application for any reason(s) it deems appropriate. The membership applicant will be notified of any such decision in writing, and any membership fee will be refunded within 30 days of the decision made byThe Azerbaijan center of Midwest America.
Membership is effective upon acceptance of the application byThe Azerbaijan center of Midwest America and upon receipt of full payment of the membership fee.
Memberships are annual and the membership fee cannot be reclaimed once the term of membership has commenced.
Membership renewal must be explicitly expressed and agreed by both sides within a month before membership expiration.
The Azerbaijan center of Midwest America reserves the right to revise membership fees annually – members will be notified prior to any fee revision occurring.
All membership details supplied by the applicant are stored in a database on ACMA’ secure server, in respect of the Data Protection Act.
